After a lender forecloses on a property they put it up for sale. They have to hire and pay a real estate agent and all the other related costs.

Here in my place, I usually charge rent depending on the market price of the property. It also depends what kind of package my customers are looking for.
I have my own home for rent. I never decided rent in advanced. The rent of the home depending on the market value. I always changing the rent price after the study of the market.
